"The food was great, but the best part was the outstanding waitress!! We were a party of eight with a wide variety of ages(3 -74). Our waitress handled everyone's order and checked back regularly to make sure we did not need anything!! Smiled through it all!!"
"I’ve come to this location a few times as it’s the closest one to my house. But it’s never consistent, last week my chili was completely watery and didn’t have any flavor. The worked also don’t realize the 3/4 way potatoes aren’t supposed to have cheese on them when you pick them up. But when I ask for no cheese they always say it comes on the side. And yet majority of the time if I dont ask then it’s covered in cheese."
"Great service! Only two servers but 5 guys behind the counter getting Orders done. We come to this location every time we are in Ohio. This trip we had 8 in our party and they took great care of us."
"The one star is purely for the manager. No posted hours on door and direct website (not google) has hours listed but they are not open when they say they are. Manager was also agreeable to host a school fundraiser but was difficult to get in contact and wouldn’t return calls before and even after the fundraiser. He did not notify his staff a fundraiser was occurring and they were not prepared."
"I ordered a 4 way with Bean and juicy, and when I returned to work and opened my order there were no beans and was extremely dry"
