"Drive thru had minimal wait time. Bought the free frosty key chain good for the yr.. Cost was 3.00. Food was hot and fresh. Ordered 5.00 bigger bag. Definitely best bang for a buck."
"WENDYS ON Rt. 4, Liberty Twp, Dec 28, 2023 - Drove up approximately 4:30 PM. Asked If they have the peppermint frosty, affirmative. Asked if I could order and request my food be made fresh. Was told yes. I cannot eat a lot, but I prefer my food be hot and fresh. I ordered a double stack biggie bag with unsweet iced tea, and a small peppermint frosty (a big splurge for me as I likely won't be able to finish it). I paid at the first window and pulled up. There were no other cars in line. I was the only customer outside in the drive thru. When I pulled up, my food was ready, so I was skeptical that I was going to receive fresh food. I reached into the bag and touched a fry. It was warm, not hot. Tried one and could tell it was re-fried. I actually like twice fried fries, so I was OK with that to a certain extent. I got on the road and unwrapped my double stack sandwich, and it was DEFINITELY not just cooked. It was dried out and looked like it had been sitting for a while. I had ordered lettuce, tomato, mayo and pickles, so I assume it was assembled "fresh," but the hamburger patties were NOTHING like the Wendy's of my youth where you could expect HOT AND JUICY. I drove back to the Wendy's and went inside looking for a manager. I am mobility-challenged and use a cane. The drive thru is my usual way of picking up carryout, for this reason. Manager, Aaron took my complaint and remade my order. I explained that I cannot eat much, but if I could, I would now hesitate to order a Dave's double or a larger more expensive sandwich since the food is never fresh at any Wendy's anymore. Since I can't eat much, I want the food I do eat to be of the highest quality, taste and freshness. We spend so much on this stuff and the folks filling our orders do NOT care at all if a quality food item is being given to the customer. In fact , I believe that the corporations have pushed individual restaurants to think profits over quality always. Most people in the drive thru don't complain. I usually don't, but today I was kind of fed up with how I have been taken advantage of. My second sandwich was freshly made, I watched it done. It lacked flavor, tho. I don't know if it is because I was stressed out, or the burgers just aren't the same as when I was a teenager. The fries which were made especially for me... undercooked and unsalted. HUGE SIGH. Manager Aaron was quite nice and seemed genuinely empathetic. I appreciated his attention to the matter. Ofcourse, I'm still disappointed in Wendy's. I had to come back. I had to park my car, get out and cane my way in to the place and show my ire, something I hate having to do. (Incidentally, FYI- the curbs are super difficult for handicapped folks to navigate.) Wendy's Corporate?? Are you aware that your restaurants are no longer the first choice for a delicious hamburger? What happened to the Wendy's of my youth? I challenge Wendy's to get back on track and start serving delicious burgers and fries again!"
"This a way better Wendy’s than the other Wendy’s near that Walmart nearby. Me and the fam eat here here and there if we’re ever feeling for fast food and I mean, it’s a standard Wendy’s so. I’ve always had decent service; except late night. don’t recommend going then cause there’s some dude who’s a pos with a (why are you here) mentality. We’ve lived here for years and have eaten here around 20 or so times without much issue. I don’t fault the location or workers for coporate decisions revolving price changes."
"Looks like a high-school drop out plethora...Not one staff member had gloves on I stood at the counter while the horse played and laughed around for like 6 Mins. There scratching their scalps and grabbing there clothing and not washing there hands and even the manager had no sense of safety precautions at all. I'm terrified to eat my food because of the chance at cross contamination."
"Rating is solely about food quality. The service here was very good, but my food was inedible. Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and they were so dry, with such thin, flattened chicken pieces that they were almost inedible. (See pics) One sandwich had deli thin chicken and the other didn't appear to have any. It was more like fried chicken jerky. Is it always like this, or just this location? To be fair I didn't order any burgers, but if you're considering getting a chicken sandwich, save your money and don't."
