"For many years I have always said to friends and family to never take their pets to this vet. They are all about money regardless the outcome for your pet. Our baby girl was the latest victim of their money hungry pockets. Our girl suffer injuries from a hit and run driver. My husband took her to a vet near our home whom was closing and refused medical care. He proceeded to the next closest vet, which I would have said never to go here. He went to the Amelia all creatures. Upon arrival they took her in right away. They told my husband, she is going to pull through, she is not in bad shape just a broken leg from just looking at her. Our girl was sitting up and breathing normally. She had blood coming from her nose though, which said there was something internally going on. When they were explaining everything that was going to go down to save her, hey mentioned it was going to cost around $4000. My husband told them he had to get credit or help from family but we were hold get it for sure. From there, they just kept petting her and saying well we can't do anything until we have a form of payment in place. My husband started applying at multiple creditors, and I began reaching out to family. My husband called me and put me on the phone with the tech, whom explained everything to me. I told her we would get the money from family, it was not going to be an issue just help our girl. Rather than starting to work on her they just kept waiting and waiting. While my husband was trying to get credit, the vet said our girl was failing, and that at that point it would be best to put her down. The tech again, got on the line to tell me what the vet had said. U told the tech, I do not want her put down I want them to start helping her because I had the money, just needed to get it from the family. The line went dead. Before I knew it my husband was back home, and our girl was gone.... our family is beyond broken because of the actions of this vet office. They could have saved our girl, but because they feared they would get no money they would not even attempt to help her until they had money in hand. My husband, was barely able to speak to tell me everything that happened. He was extremely hurt when he found out that I had said no to putting her down. To my surprise, the tech told him I said to go ahead. I never said yes to that, I asked for them to help her that we would have the money. I feel deep in my heart had they helped her before worrying about how they would get paid she would still be with us now. Please I beg you, if you love your fur baby as much as we do, do not take them to these veterinarians. Our girl is not our first victim. Our family has had multiple pets over the years, go to this place for surgery or emergency and every single time something has went wrong or their baby didn't get to come back home. I hope my review can bring some awareness to those whom think about going here."
"I messed up and I was able to call the same day, and I told them that I was going to be showing up late. They helped me out when I showed up an hour before the adjusted appointment time. The doctor on staff along with all the individuals that I met were amazing. I’m in tears writing this review for how well they treated me. I can’t thank everyone enough. They helped me through my time when I needed to put down my baby boy. I had Rocky for 11 years, and even though he’s a rabbit, he has been a huge part of my life. The best thing was getting letter in the mail from everybody that worked there. The respect in the passion that they give to you means so much. I didn’t think that it would feel so good for me after what I have gone through along with my baby boy, but to get a letter in the mail makes it feel so personal and it does reflect the people that work at this location. Thank you very much. I have read that letter every night and it helps me with missing my baby boy. Thank you for being personal, it means a lot."
"We have been bringing our dogs to All Creatures for years. Dr. Wallace is the best! She is so gentle and sweet with our fur babies. The whole clinic has always made sure that our pups get seen as quickly as they can (within their schedule of course). I highly recommend if you are looking for a vet!"
"The staff was amazing! Our dog had too have an emergency surgery and have her uterus removed, it was a very emotional and hard day to go through but they were so supportive and good with her! She is home and recovering they have answered and helped with any questions or concerns I have had since the surgery! We will definitely continue too go too them for all her veterinary needs from now on!"
"I took my 20 month old Aussie Doodle puppy in for an urgent issue. Dr Wallace resolved the issue and within minutes Dr Wallace and the vet tech were on the floor playing with Shelby! Where else can your pup receive that type of treatment and attention!!!"
