Bonefish Grill 7710 Voice of America Centre Drive, West Chester, OH 45069

"I never leave reviews, but this is the worst carry out experience we’ve ever had. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because I’ve had decent service dining in several times. We waited 45 mins past the time the order was supposed to be ready. After 30 minutes, when we checked on it, they had realized that someone else must have been given our order. They had to remake the entire order. Then we get home to find that our salmon meal only had the salmon and NO SIDES. The kids meal also was missing its side. The salmon didn’t even have the lemon butter either. They tried to be kind in throwing a free dessert in, chocolate cake with strawberries, but it wasn’t anything that our family typically likes and we didn’t enjoy it. We would have much rather done without the free dessert and had our meals right. Salmon alone is not a meal, and it’s not the cheapest dining option either. This should not be happing. I was going to dine in at Bonefish in 2 weekends from now but I will no longer be doing that. 45 minutes after ready time with half the food missing and a drink is not ideal…PB&Js we’re eaten after the food, because we were still hungry."

"Prompt, friendly service. Bread and oil dip served while cocktails were prepared. Bang Bang shrimp appetizer was next along with our glass of wine and a smoked old-fashioned. We both ordered the shrimp and scallop skewers with vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes. I also tried the lemon butter and highly recommend it. You may want to ask for this on the side. We never felt rushed, but each item was served promptly and well prepared. We both asked for a box to take shrimp and scallops home. At just over 1 hr., we were pleasantly full and ready to go. I look forward to going back soon."

"we were out with friends for a quiet dinner which i have to say our waitress was stellar very kind and efficient. we finished dinner and the evening was early so decided to sit at the bar for a couple drinks at the bar the first bar tender was great and was a joy to talk to his name was Brennan he left from his shift and Rick took over. Rick is a non caring belligerent person and has no personality for customer service we were ready to order a second drink for the ladies and he refused to serve them saying they had to much already as we had drinks when we ate dinner. he served my self and the other gentlemen with us but the women were refused we tried to explain to him they were not driving the bar was empty we were not disruptive or loud or anything that would constitute a bad behavior on there part the manager came in and he could not explain why they were refused a second drink we paid our bill and left and will not return to the establishment if Rick is there at the bar sad part is i actually left him a 18% tip which i regretted after i thought about it"

"My wife and I had lunch here today. I had salmon and she had the Mahi-mahi. Both meals were pretty good. We also had some kind of garlic potatoes that were like French fries - neither one of us liked them. Our waitress was also the bartender which made our service wait long at times, but I believe she was doing her best. We regularly eat here so we will return at a later date."

"Bonefish Grill never fails us ! After a long afternoon shopping and passing by dozens of restaurants we knew where we’d end up. Yup at Bonefish! Got in right away after parking right in front. Bonus! Waitress was fast with the bread and waters. Quick peruse of the menu and selected Tempura Sashimi Tuna side salad with citrus dressing and some sprouts for the Mrs. I got the Fish n Chips and swapped out the fries for a salad and citrus dressing. Salads came right out and had to sprinkle some table ground black pepper on it. Yum. 5 minutes later food arrived and can’t say how much I enjoyed the fish. Like adult sized fish sticks. Highly recommend them!! Tempura tuna was just the same great taste as last time. I thought the sprouts were a little over cooked for me but if you took off the outer layer they were delicious! 5 stars all the way Bonefish!"
