"I ordered two beefy melt burritos and two grilled cheese fries and two strawberry creme freeze they messed up the whole order there was only a dap of meat on the burritos and I asked for the seasoned beef with no chipotle sauce on it they made it wrong with steak and the sauce on it I asked them to fix it and they still gave me the same thing. It didn't help that the woman in the woman was not listening and rushing me with a nasty attitude if you don't want to be at work that has nothing to do with the customer but I'm not even sure I will ever come back to this location they mess up my order every time it's frustrating"

"Every single time we go here or DoorDash from here, we are missing over half of our order and have incorrect items. Today we were missing 3 gorditas, a fiesta potato bowl, a beefy 5 layer burrito, and a drink We DID receive the enchilada burrito we ordered and the nacho bowl. We also received three things we did not order- a soft taco, a hard shell taco and a chicken quesadilla. I don’t feel like it’s that hard to match the ticket to the items ordered."

"Went there on Saturday [11/9/2023] around 11:30am to pick up lunch. After paying $30.02 [with my bank card] for lunch for my family and I, I wanted 30 mins with no food in hand. I asked for a Refund and was handed $30.02 in cash. When I got home there was second charge for $22 and change. That was not approved by me, and I cannot get ahold of anyone from the store to get this handled. I would avoid this location at all cost. Poor customer relations, poor management, and incompetent employees... . . ."
