"I have been let down MULTIPLE times by this location whether that be ordering on Uber eats, or ordering in store. This store has messed up countless orders and forgets items every time ordered for delivery. The store always has employees outside smoking weed and one occasion when I called to let them know they forgot half my order after picking up they basically called me a liar. I asked for the owners email and they gave me a fake one. This place has the lowest quality of service I have ever seen. I work in the food industry so I understand it can be tough at times but this place has such a lack of quality and concern for customers I had to put the word out. This place needs to be shut down or gain new management because it’s absolutely abysmal the way it’s running now."

"I don't know if they've changed their meat but whatever they're doing this is the second Taco Bell with the same meat same flavor it's not a good change I don't understand why fast food joints have to keep messing with the good stuff take the stuff nobody eats and get rid of that"

"This place sucks. Always getting orders wrong (we order from them usually a couple times a month or more) and employees are rude. Dining room is seldom open to address incorrect on likely occasion they happen. Went to try to get a couple items door dash forgot (doesn't work that way - stupid door dash policy, a refund or credit doesn't put food in my stomach in that moment) and was told they couldn't take an order because it was mobile orders and door dash orders only. So I say again, this place sucks."

"We got our food about 15 minutes after placing the order... grabbed it, drove about 5 minutes home and... fries felt like they came right out of the fridge and werent even half full, one 5 layer was fine, the other was almost empty and ice cold.. the cheese quesadilla was also cold.."

"I ordered through the app and picked up in the drive thru and asked if everything was there and it wasn't. So I had to go inside to get my missing food. Only thing that good out of the whole experience was Jerden's amazing customer service! He gave me my missing food in the matter of minutes and was very polite and positive!"
