Reviews
"This is your typical middle school. Same drama you'll experience at any public school. They have all the normal sports and a great drama and band program, which flows well when the kids get to high school level. Be aware that Northern Kentucky is in a drug epidemic. To mention the past reviews on this page, the counties in the area are trying their best to work with the problem. This does affect how our student behave and live, as it is becoming part of everyone's lives and families. It's not the fault of the school, and they are trying their best to help these kids deal with the issues of our area. They have some of the best test scored in the state, as well as great teachers and administration. I would recommend this school as well as the high school over the private schools in the area. As they are dealing with the same issue, however they do no have the extracurriculares nor the testing scores, but they are half the tuition of Northern Kentucky University."
"Worst school ever. They have no sympathy for what happened to students and that's why I decided to take my son out of the school. He had found caught someone hurting themeself and got suspended for lying about it. I know he would not lie."
"The teachers and principals are mean"
"There's only certain teachers who really teach their subject. Other teachers give you 8 assignments in one class and tell you to get to work. One of the teachers sits on their phone most of the time. Other than that it's a fairly decent school."
"Worst school in the area. All of my children attended this school and all of them had problems. Jason Smith and some of his "groupies" have no business being in this school and treating students and parents the way they do. The special education department is also being controlled by this group of people. The school is corrupt and needs to be investigated."
