"Reposting my review since the last one was deleted. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of communication from the director. Out of the centers I toured, I was most excited for my daughter to start at this one. I was told her start date would roughly be sometime in September of 2022. Our family made plans to have her in childcare so that we could be able to work, pay bills, etc. Because my daughter has sleep apnea and wears oxygen at night, they were hesitant to take her even though she didn’t require oxygen for naps. It’s been 3 months and I haven’t heard from the director at all about her start date and she refuses to respond to my emails."

"We are so pleased that we chose Cadence for our daughter. The staff is very considerate, personable, helpful and loving. It truly feels like the babies are family to them. We are very comfortable knowing that our baby is in their hands when she is not with us."

"Being first time parents my husband and I were nervous to start daycare. However now… 1 year later… I’m pretty sure my daughter would prefer to live at Abby’s Taylor Mill than with us ;). We love all the staff- they are friendly, nurturing, and it is so apparent that they love these kids. Barb has created such a warm environment and we couldn’t rave more about the infant instructor, Shelly. Our daughter reaches for Shelly and Kara every morning we drop her off and is happy and content when we pick her up. Of note- we do not live super close to this location but the staff is well worth the travels to know our girl is happy, safe, learning, and with her best friends!"

"Our children have been attending for the past 10 years and our experience has been amazing. The staff listens to our concerns and helps us to work out any issues. Currently, our 4 year old son attends and he is completely different than his older sister so it has been harder for us to work with him on learning things because he’s hardheaded. We have been working with his teacher on things to help him learn and stay engaged. We can tell he is learning and retaining the information. The current director always answers any and all questions we have. We know our children’s needs and well-being are always considered and are a priority."

"I struggle to find the words to express how grateful I am to Abby’s. I couldn’t have imagined a better place for my babies. Every morning they are eager to see their friends and teachers and every evening they have stories to tell me about how great their day was. And the education and skills they are learning along the way are absolutely priceless and have exceeded every expectation! Barb, Danielle, Shelly, Kara, Jessica and Patty and all the girls have made such a positive difference for my kids. If I could give them 10 stars I wouldn’t hesitate!! We love you all!"
