Sonic Drive-In

"NO ONE WORKS HERE! Why is this place even open? Pulled in for dinner at 4:45 and I was the second car in the lot. I tried to order from a space and no one would take the order. I then tried to use the drive thru and was told just a minute. No one came back to take the order. After giving up and driving off at 5:10 I seen there was still only 1 other car in there. Horrible experience and waste of time."

"Worst!! Never going there again. Ben there 4 time got acknowledged once out if the 4 . It doesn't matter if you go through the drive through or park at a stall no one acknowledges that your even there . It should be a 0 star. I really think you should get rid of every employees you have working there . You are paying people to work but they don't do anything. They send people away .how are you making any money ? You could be making a lot more if you hired the right people. They don't even get your doordash order ready they tell the drivers they didn't get the order and to cancel the order really ? Ether close the store or start over ."

"Not impressed with this place. Onion rings were cold, flavorless and soggy. Tater tots were cold and very bland. Chicken tenders are dry as well.. ocean water is good though."

"The first time, I had ask for the drink I ordered or I wouldn't have gotten it. The second time, the lady couldn't even to the correct lane. She finally got the right speaker. I got up to get my food and she said 'I was waiting on you'. Excuse me? The food was cold and I got buffalo chicken bites in the kids meal I ordered. That's not even an option! I ordered chicken strips. There will not be a third time. This deserves zero stars!"

"I would not waste my time or money at this place. We went to order food and pressed the button and waited for service. We waited and waited and waited and nobody ever came. We looked inside and seen someone who said she was the manager leaning against the table laughing and talking to a worker who was sitting in a corner doing nothing. It looked like one person cooking and another at the window. We knocked and was told they couldn't serve us because they only had 3 people working. I asked why didn't anyone come out to tell us we wouldn't be served Instead of ignoring the call lights and letting us sit there. I asked for the manager and the girl said she was the manager so I asked for her managers number and was told they didn't have it. So I asked for corporates number, the manager walked away to never return. Instead a little bleached hair girl came to the door and she asked (what my problem was) well I already explained it to the manager, why is someone irrelevant coming at me asking what my problem is. The place was empty, maybe one car at the drive through window. Hard to keep a business open when the staff turns everyone away because they don't want to do any work."
