"Food was good, a lil pricey for quality. Steak was cooked correct, had flavor but also had gristle. Great drink selection. Made a reservation at the door for 5pm at 3:45p. They canceled my reservation while I was sitting at the bar and failed to tell me because they doubled booked. Service and atmosphere was excellent at the bar."

"The food was good but way over priced for what we got and the fact that one person was expected to serve us all, crazy. The Lobster bisque tasted good but no bread!!! Puff pastry miniscule crescent that was cold. Lacey did bring a few extra but cold and tasteless. We all had steak which were cooked correctly, but paying for the extras wow $8 for mushrooms. The loaded baked potato?? Loaded with what it was dry and not that appetizing. Sweet potato fries good but warm not hot. Texas road house we should have come to you. Lacey was lovely but nothing about our lunch would make me want to go back. Iced tea $3.99 and we had to ask for a refill. New York strip $40 wow Stockyard $29 I don't think I'll be going back. $200 for 3, Coopers Hawk has way better atmosphere and food and wine we had 5 meals for $225 last time we were there, much better value."

"While traveling through Ohio for work we stopped to meet the parents of our daughters boyfriend for dinner. The Butcher Block was recommended and we made plans. The restaurant itself is very aesthetically appealing. Well decorated and portioned. It was not too busy and our server Barbie was outstanding. She was very attentive and got even my often confusing request taken care of to perfection. I am a meatloaf lover and so off we go in a nice steak house and I order the meatloaf. It was delicious. The meatloaf itself was not much different than hundreds of others I have eaten, but the rich brown gravy on it and the potatoes was amazing. Nice deep beef flavor with a definite onion taste. My wife ordered the 10oz Stockyard steak. It was perfectly cooked and tender and juicy. She also ordered a loaded baked potato that was great. This is a good place and if you are in the area I would highly recommend it."

"Super nice restaurant! I tried the Nashville spicy chicken sandwich with BBQ kettle chips, as well as the shrimp tacos with tortilla chips. The chicken sandwich was AMAZING. 5 stars. It was super juicy and had just the right amount of crunch and spice...loved it! The chips weren't my favorite...they were pretty hard, as kettle chips usually are. (Similar to Grippo's BBQ chips.) The shrimp tacos were really good as well, although they felt slightly lacking in flavor after the luscious chicken sandwich, but I'm sure they aren't often eaten together. The tortilla chips were delightful...very thin and perfect salted, similar to Chuy's tortilla chips. The atmosphere was quite nice. We went for a late lunch when the place was quiet. The outdoor seating is very clean and pleasant. Classic country music played on the speakers. It was delightful...perfect spot for a romantic evening date outside on the patio."
