"Last night on 11/22 around 8:45pm on our road trip from Columbus to Kentucky, we stopped at this KFC. We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with extra pickles. The girl at the window was friendly, but the man who put 10 pickles on our sandwich made our whole night. 5 pickles on the top, 5 pickles on the bottom. This was by far the best chicken sandwich I’ve EVER had. An absolute 5 star review for my 5 pickles on top and 5 pickles on the bottom. I love this location!"

"This location does not deserve any stars. The location does not have anyone at the location however they serve you old chicken wings. When I asked if they can fix some fresh chicken wings they said it would be 15 minutes to wait I asked then for a refund and they said they do not do refunds. So I then waited 25 minutes for the chicken wings. I received the chicken wings with blood coming from the exterior I pulled some skin off of the chicken wing to see the interior was not cooked as well. I have included pictures with this the manager was not available for me to talk to her however no one was inside the location or outside the location place in the order."

"My food was excellent. I ordered the hot wings and I had to wait until they cooked. I also got a breast. The food was hot and delicious. I wanted biscuits but they didn't have any. It was exact change or card because they didn't have any change. The people were really nice and I was treated courteously."

"I entered at 6pm. There was just 1 guy in line ahead of me. I was FINALLY able to place my order at 6:23pm. He tries to give me “my order” at 6:40pm. The order is WRONG. When I point out that it’s wrong he apologized but warned me it would be at least 15min longer to fix it. I was short on time (lost 40min already) and had to go. The drinks also tasted really bad(improper mix ratio). The fries were COLD. Ended up throwing all of that out too. The tables in the dining room were dirty. The drink station was nasty. All the trash cans were overflowing. There was just 3 people in sight during all this time. Running short staffed is sad when this is the result."
