Reviews
"My wife and I transferred our children to St. Teresa at the beginning of the 2016-2017 school year. From the moment we walked in the door, everyone has made our children feel so welcome. This has been one of the best decisions that we, as parents, have made for our children. The education is first rate and the community that our children have been surrounded has been second to none. The new blended learning program meets each child where they are and moves them along at a rate they can be successful all the while allowing for more specialized attention from the teachers. We would recommend St. Teresa to anyone who is looking for a school to send their children to."
"My wife and I have been very happy with our choice to send our two kids to St. Teresa! The teachers are fantastic and the school culture is great. And the new addition of the blended learning program has been wonderful, too! Our kids are thriving and love going to school. Go Bruins!"
"Justin and I cannot imagine sending our children to any other school. St. Teresa is a small school that caters to students at all levels of learning. Whether your child excels or needs that extra help, St. Teresa has so many avenues to allow all students to succeed. They offer advanced classes, an IEP program, and the Blended Learning Program allows students to learn independently at their own speed. The principal, teachers, and staff are so caring and helpful that you know your children are in good hands. St. Teresa also has amazing families who get involved. We feel so blessed that our children are able to attend St. Teresa."
"I'm so happy my wife and I are able to send our daughter to this school! Ever since we got here (she's in her fourth year now), everyone has been so welcoming. The school has all the elements we hoped for when we were choosing a school. The teachers are amazing! They love being here and are supported by one of the best principals in town. There are lots of opportunities for extra activities too, like sports. There are tons of involved parents and the student body has been great as well. The older kids 'look out' for the younger kids here. It's a school where discipline issues are few, and handled appropriately, if they arise. We can relax that our child is okay every day. My daughter has really blossomed as a student also. In addition to having great teachers, St. Teresa has added a Blended Learning program this year which allows students individual time to do Math or Reading work on Chromebooks at their own level and pace, be it advanced or remedial. Whichever is needed. Teachers can then work with smaller groups at these times and target their teaching for that group. We're really happy we made the choice to send her here! St. Teresa is a gem on the Westside!"
"My daughter attended St.Teresa and was ultimately kicked out when I set up a meeting with the teacher and principal to discuss bullying. My daughter was physically pushed several times at recess notes were left on her desk saying she's ugly stupid and fat. The second note was RIPPED UP BY THE TEACHER. I did not receive a letter saying the bullying had continued. After trying to voice my concerns on bullying I was informed they no longer wanted to deal with it and she was not welcomed back. I have never been so belittled and disrespected in all my life. I would not recommend this School to anyone"
