"I ordered a pizza was told 40 minutes waited over an hour then got it it was cold and missing pieces went up there to get a new one guy got an attitude with me and was disrespectful and walked away cussing some people need to learn manners the staff needs to be trained better and get an attitude adjustment worst service I have ever had will not be spending money in a place like that I don’t recommend it if I hate to rate it it would be a zero"

"We ordered an XL Super Deluxe and a build-your-own Hawaiian pizza plus bbq wings. In all of the times we have ordered in the past, it has been excellent. But yesterday, September 4, 2023, something went wrong. The Hawaiian pizza was soggy, the sauce tasted like ground-up tomatoes purée with no salt, spices or flavor. The sauce on both pizzas was the same poorly flavored pizza sauce. The crust on the Hawaiian pizza was so tough and chewy. We were given a $25 credit, but the husband said we won’t be going to this South Limestone Cassano’s location anymore. We paid $78.79 and you expect a stellar pizza for that price. We have learned our lesson and won’t be going back there no matter what remedy they give us on this posting."

"Updated review- Me and my mother ordered again tonight and this is the quality of what was delivered to us. The mushrooms weren’t even cooked and it was cold. Terrible service honestly. Never eating here again. These subs looked like absolute garbage, ingredients poured on, not layered, and cold as if refrigerated! Everytime I order from this place my food is harder than a brick and cold. Management doesn't seem to care either. For the prices they charge I expect perfection. Won't be eating here no longer."

"This food is awesome and great if you have never been out of this area or if you taste buds are bad ! Just horrible. Sometimes I ignore reviews , but today they proved right ,the physical appearance is just awful, I will not trust anything that comes from here. The layers of filth on the air filters is outrageous,floors are another ,employees never washed their hands as they came from outback from what appeared to be a smoke break ! Owner should really be ashamed of this location ! There is a lot of visual FDA/Health code violations !"
