"Stopped by after work last night to fill 2 propane tanks. It was 6:00 pm. I was told that they turned it off and were not filling anymore tanks last night. Called the store today and spoke to Rob, extremely nice fellow…he was not aware that they did this last night and assured me that they fill tanks up until just before 8:00 pm. So, I stopped by again today, it was 4:15 pm and guess what? They turned me away once again. Said no one could fill my tanks! What is going on? Not only is your horse feed sour and moldy but you don’t help customers anymore by filling propane tanks? If you don’t sell product, you don’t make any money, you don’t get paid a salary. Simple…. I won’t be coming back. Been shopping at your store for 7 years or better…"

"Today I decided to try the same day delivery service. There was some sort of problem with the 3rd party delivery service and they didn't pick up my order by the end of the day. So the store manager, Rob, went above and beyond and personally delivered my order to my house after he closed the store, even though I live in the opposite direction. THANK YOU!!!
