"They gave us the wrong breakfast sandwich. Went in to get it fixed, cashier was playing on her phone and not paying any attention. They said they just put Canadian bacon down (meaning they were probably out when they made it the first time and were trying to get by without) and tried to give us coupons instead of a sandwich. The coupons they gave us were expired! Cashier didn’t understand why we brought them back. They ended up giving us the sandwich after that."

"i placed an online order and when i arrived they said the store was shut down for the night. that is fine but nothing was said about the money i spent??? i ask, “so what about the money i used?” and the manager just shrugs his shoulders??! INSANE and horrible service. immediately should get a refund."

"Best McDonald’s we have been too in our area. The service is slow but the quality is there. The food is always cooked, buns are fresh, and so are the fries. Only thing, make sure you ask for the happy meal toys! They always forget to give the happy meal toys lol"

"My husband broughta large, hot, McDonald’s black coffee while I’m in the hospital, and just allowed my first meal. I always loved McDonald’s coffee…., until today. I get thru drinking a good bit of coffee and took a big gulp, only to get a mouthful of coffee grounds! I immediately got sick, trying to get the grounds out of my mouth. It was an inch deep so they HAD to have seen this! No receipt, as usual and I can’t go in to the store since I’m still in the hospital. My husband would lose his cool if he goes back! I don’t want my money back but I hope the idiot working at Derr rd, Springfield ohio at about 7:45 am Tues. Aug 15 knows they ruined someone’s day because they’re lazy & incompetent!"
