"Server "Twin Britt" gave us less than stellar service. Whe started off with having to ask multiple times for silverware. It arrived in a cup. Then napkins was an Arduous task. Other patrons of the business received better and faster service than we got. It seemed to take longer to get a request filled. I know the place was busy at 4 o'clock. However, we were passed by multiple servers repeatedly with no service. My wife's order of ribs was drier than jerky. Then, the manager at the end offered to swap the ribs as we were getting ready to go. Use to enjoy this place... not so much anymore."

"They no longer allow you to wait inside for your table. I guess they expect you to stand outside when it's 18°, for 20 minutes past your call ahead seating time because they were irritated when we weren't all there the second the pager went off. The manager explained that the waiting area has been changed over to the carry out area because a quarter of their business now comes from carry out, and the fire department won't allow you to stand inside waiting. The food was only so-so, with my filet medallions, cooked medium to my specifications, were still dry and tasteless. The best part of the entire meal was the bed of rice the steaks were served on. It must have drained all the juice from the steaks because it tasted like the steak should have. Also, the margaritas were from a mix that I found to be way too sweet - and they couldn't even add lime juice to give it a kick because they only make them from a mix. The server was ok, and since we were with a big group I'll give her a little extra credit. I was here from out of town at someone else's suggestion, but it cemented the reason why I prefer to stick to small, locally owned restaurants."

"Went around 5 p.m. it was super busy. The waitress was really nice. The Jamaican cowboy alcoholic beverage was really good as well. The food was perfectly cooked, definitely would recommend!"

"Food was awesome great ribs, but I always ask for more sauce! Corn was fresh tasting, and hubby's burger was fantastic (he had been wanting a good burger) fresh were crisp. Service was just right! A little loud with birthday singing but otherwise good. The sweet potato was the best I've ever had, I want to know how they cook them, as it was AWESOME!"
