"Tells me they cant take orders at drive thru because they are short staffed. Can do door dash orders though. Wasnt a single car in line. No customer but me. So they can make food if i go through door dash but not if i come to their store. This world is making less sense every day"

"The robot ordering system is terrible. Nowhere on the menu or displayed outside anywhere are the three new $1.99 sandwiches I keep seeing on commercials. I don't know what they're called. So I couldn't order them because you can't ask the robot anything. So I got a sandwich off of the menu. Did not order it as a triple but got charged with a triple. This sandwich was so massive. Nobody could ever open up their mouth big enough to even eat it. When I got up to the window there was a rude black man working. He did not seem to like when I asked him what my order was. The price showed that it was charging me for a triple. And I told him I didn't order a triple. He told me that wasn't what I was paying for or nor what I was getting. Well, I got my sandwich and it was a triple. Got my receipt and that was a triple. I do not live in this area but I was passing by traveling and really wanted one of those new sandwiches. As often as I drive to Dayton to visit family, I will not stop here again."

"This place doesn’t take anything serious. I paid extra for a tomato and they was petty enough to give me a dollar coin size tomato. Not to mention I waited 15- 20 mins with one person at the drive thru window. I dont recommend going late at night. They are a joke!"

"I’m super sick from my meal. It’s twelve hours after the meal and I feel super sick like I have food poisoning. See the photos. The breaded chicken in my sandwich was completely burnt. The sandwich disintegrated when I picked it up. The bun fell completely apart. The Brookie brownie was so hard that I put a 25 lb weight on it when I got home and it didn’t squish it in the slightest. The terrible taste of the food is nothing compared to how sick I felt last night and this morning."
