Cassano's Pizza King

"Ordered a pizza over 2 hours ago and called about it twice. No resolution and no pizza. Would not recommend Edit: 2 hours and 20 minutes later we received a lukewarm pizza."

"Cassano’s!!! Where do I start. Well first of all NOTHING compares to the delicious taste of that salty, greasy yet crispy, thin crust pizza they serve! Chefs kiss* I haven’t had this in awhile and now I’m mad at myself. Definitely going to be ordering again soon! Not to mention there subs are also very good and I loved their breadsticks. Recommend this classic place to anyone wanting a pizza night!!!"

"We ordered a pizza and was told it would be ready in a half hour. Pickup not delivery. We were a little late picking it up, but apparently they had sent it out to someone else. The guy working the counter was very apologetic and had a new deluxe pizza made in 6 minutes! And they gave us a complimentary order of beadsticks. So it was ok. The guy at the counter deserves a raise though."

"Worst pizza of my life. Consistently. This Cassanos location is a disgrace to the name. Vic Cassano would turn over in his grave to see what these folks serve as food. Tried carryout this time; since delivery is always 90 minutes and never fresh. Pizza was still stale and cold and looked like it had been dropped and shoved back in the box. Half of the toppings were slid off and it wasn't even cut. I would have blamed a driver if I hadn't carried this home on my own lap. They forgot a sauce that I was charged extra for, again, and every time before. The wings were so sloppily prepared they were inedible. Again. I'll never order from this location again."

"It took them an hour to get the order to us.then it was cold,burnt and nasty. I called them and was told to take it back to the store. When i arived they looked at it and said it was acceptable they did not want to give a refund.then offered to give me half a refund. I called the 800 number again then they refunded me in full.horrible i had nearly 2 hours in thos mess.ill never order from this place again"
