Chipotle Mexican Grill

"So I ordered a burrito with beans, steak, brown rice, cheese and sour cream. I was taking big bites until I got to the sour cream. Their sour cream is old and as sour as a sour skittle. Not to mention when we took it back to get a refund. They tried arguing with us saying sour cream is supposed to be sour. But is it supposed to make u have a sour face when u eat it? And another thing is that inside of chipotle, it’s super dirty. Food everywhere you step. And it’s also super duper cold inside which is bad for this time around."

"Wow. I will never visit this location again, even though it is the closest one to us. My mobile pickup order was supposed to be ready at 4:40. I arrived at 4:37. Was told to wait. 2 other people were waiting for mobile orders as well. The restaurant was empty, there was NO LINE. A handful of other people came through and ordered their food and paid/left while we were still standing there waiting for ours. It appeared no one was working on our orders. Most of the time we were waiting, the 6 employees in there seemed to be doing nothing. Apparently just one person in the back works on mobile orders, but you'd think if they were slow, and promised times weren't being met, they should split the work when people are waiting and obviously getting frustrated. It was 4:54 before my order came out. It was missing a burrito bowl. Thank goodness I checked before I left. We had ordered double meat in 3 of the bowls. When we got home and opened our bowls, it was definitely not doubled! The steak was hard and dry, and tasted like I would imagine dog food tastes. Carnitas was fine. The worst run restaurant I've visited in a long time. Never again."

"Got 3 entrees this evening using the app. Nothing was labeled. Upon opening the burritos I discovered that it was totally wrong with barely any meat. Our second entree was a bowl. The rice was hard and crunchy and the whole bowl tasted off. The 2nd burrito was made correctly. Upon arrival I had to wait a few minutes before I got my ready notification. Had to wait 10 minutes before they brought it out with other orders which they do all the time. So my food had an extra 10 minutes to get cold. I am going to bug the cashier the next time if there is a next time. Reading all the reviews it looks like it falls on deaf ears. But these days it’s just par for the course eating out."

"We bought our daughter a vegetarian bowl from Chipotle. I asked for a Sofritas Bowl without rice, cheese and guacamole. I didn’t say anything about only wanting half portions or smaller scoops. The young lady scooped half a spoonful of sofrita, half a spoonful of black beans, a dusting of old dehydrated peppers and onions, a quarter handful of lettuce and maybe a tbsp of diced tomatoes. The manager said they were taught to put only so much in a bowl. If I wanted more, I’d have to pay extra. I didn’t think it was worth $8.15 to go…"

"I just came to this location and had lunch I ordered online and took it to go. The order was ready at the exact time it said it would be. My food order was correct and it tasted so delicious!! I was not disappointed I will definitely be back again soon. Thanks guys!!"
