Piada Italian Street Food

"I recently acquired Piada kids' bowls alongside a smaller version bowl for me. Although they share identical appearances, the incongruity in their pricing is astonishing. The kids' pasta bowl is priced at $6.99, while the seemingly equivalent small bowl bears a staggering cost of $12.68. The disparity is perplexing; henceforth, I am inclined to exclusively order the kids' small bowl during my subsequent purchases."

"I do not like Italian food, my wife does. I was pleasantly surprised by just how good my food was. I had the Mediterranean piada, with added sausage. The staff was great and due to our timing the restaurant was not crowded. They had several pickups that went through very quickly."

"Employees need more training in practice of hygiene and use of tongs. They were using gloved hands to pick up chicken and then the same gloved hand went into the spinach and lettuce containers to pick up the greens. Tongs were there but just ignored. Still I went ahead and did my order of vegetarian bowl, carry out order. On my third bite, what do I find? A big chunk of meat!! They need to work on avoiding cross contamination. But portions were generous, and good was tasty."

"I love, love, love Piada's Italian Food here in Beavercreek!!! Chef Lokie provided excellent food service and keeps his restaurant clean. The price point is great and they offer Military discounts. Could not ask for better service!! Ordered the power bowl with grains, hummus, cucumbers, and pesto sauce! Great food! Thank you Chef Lokie and employees for excellent service as usual!"

"I was very disappointed this time in Piada. I ordered my create your own salad on the app and arrived early at the store to get it. I waited a few minutes which was fine because I was early and the cashier was very polite and friendly. I didn't check my order before I left and went straight home to open my bag to discover they forgot the dressing. I have been working all day and running around at work and the last thing I want to do after I get home is drive back to the restaurant for a container of dressing. I called to speak to a manager who asked if I would come back in and after I said no she said there's nothing they can do for me because they can't refund my whole meal because they forgot dressing. I understand it may seem minor to them but how am I supposed to eat a salad without dressing that I paid for? It's like ordering a pasta bowl from there and not getting any sauce. I would have even been fine if she even offered me extra dressing the next time I came in. But because she said there's nothing I can do for you I just got off the phone politely. Overall I am just frustrated I ordered a meal I can't eat because it's missing a key component of it. Not sure i will be returning to this location."
