"This is the only fancy steak place I've been to so far that gives you the truly perfect and premium experience. Food, amazing. Ordered the 20 oz prime ribeye and they cooked it perfectly. Usually, most places salt it like crazy or overcook it leaving me to prefer a good old fashioned home grilled steak, but this has surpassed all expectations. I don't think it's feasible to get a steak better served or cooked more perfectly than here, I've looked and tried. Service is top tier and friendly! Carolyn actually helped served my gf and I last time and recognized us! She was amazing to have. Place is very well staffed, everyone so kind and patient. The manager himself will check to make sure you are satisfied. It never feels like you have to wait for anything, and by the time you think of something you would like, you'll look up and see that someone is already there. For our anniversary, they even gifted us a box of chocolates. This is one of the only steak places I can say that is truly perfect, and it earns its price. "Fine dining is something that I can't afford to do very often, so when i go to a fine dining establishment I expect perfection. Perfection is an extreme criteria. Perfection is what I got. Went with the GF for the valentines special, that and two drinks- which were unique and delicious, a salted caramel espresso martini and a sort of delicate ginger beer with mint and citrus- came to about 330$ (including the extra lobster mac and cheese we got) The price was high, my standards were high, the food was literally the best I've had the pleasure of eating in my life- and I'm really fat. The lobster mac was rich and creamy, the bread they brought us before the meal was fresh and served with these crazy house made butters that we lost it for. First time trying oysters, not a huge fan but they were made perfectly and came with delicious jumbo shrimp. The two steaks were made to a perfect medium rare and the crab-stuffed lobster was actually insane. Each individual part of the meal, from bread to steak, was the best of that type of food I've ever eaten. Dessert was a rich and heavy chocolate torte- which tasted like a combination of fudge and cheesecake, and when I found a tiny piece of fudge as we were finishing the dessert the waiter offered an entire replacement- which I wouldn't have been able to eat even if I said yes. We left with full stomachs, an enormous bag with plenty leftover, and a wonderful experience. Our waiter was professional and friendly (I think his name was Eli? I hope I got that right) and made the experience even better, and the manager was present and polite checking on us and other guests. The environment was extremely clean, with a kitchen you could see (also gorgeous), and warm, not overly bright lighting. Will absolutely be returning to see their spring/summer menu. Oh, and there's a complimentary Valet."
