"I ordered for carryout and was told my sauces were in the box. Neither the additional sauces or the included breadsticks for the pasta were present in the order. I suppose I should've checked the box instead of trusting the person, who was more concerned with their personal phone call than providing good service. I've worked in pizza before and it's not the best or happiest job but there has to be some level of pride in your work. I didn't even want to post a review online but the other means of communicating the issues with my experience were disfunctional."

"We ordered online and picked up at the Huber Heights, OH location because we love the pizza and live outside of the delivery area. We were missing one of the items (part my fault because I didn't open the boxes) and tried to call the store to let them know. .... TRIED... Two people in the house called. Both put on hold "while I transfer your call to the store " for OVER 20 minutes!! Totally unacceptable! I could have drove back to the store and been back home by now. The pizza we did get tasted great. Just not happy with the call center and lack of customer service. On hold almost 25 minutes now... wow"

"Placed an order for delivery on 12/14 at 8:52. I was told my order would be delivered at 9:25. At 9:24 I received a text message letting me know my order was out for delivery. Order was never delivered so I called the store at 9:58 and someone told me order was contactless so the driver left my order at my door step however no food was left at my house, the employee told me "He delivered it so I don't know". He then said he would remake the order and have it delivered. Another hour went past and still no food so I drove to the store. When I arrived the employee let me know he was still waiting for a driver and I asked why he couldn't call me to let me know there would be a delay on receiving my food, he said he was going to. At this point I had waited 2 hours for one meat lovers melt and a 20 oz. Dr. Pepper. This is unacceptable. I can completely understand being short staffed however the lack of communication is mind blowing. I'm usually not one to leave a long review however I thoroughly enjoy Pizza Hut and this is not the first time I have had issues with the location at 6561 Brandt Pike, Huber Heights OH 45424. On top of having to wait 2 hours when I requested a refund the employee shorted me TWICE on the money I was due to get back. I paid $19.12, first he gave me $10.12 then when I corrected him he gave me $16.12. When I had to correct him a second time he gave me the correct change. He didn't even offer and kind of resolution to the problem/issue. As I said before I am very understanding of the hard times we are all forced to deal with however the lack of communication and customer service I DIDN'T receive is mind blowing."

"Tried to order the new Detroit style pizza through their website but they said it was out of stock? I called and they said the specific sauce was out. They gladly put regular sauce on instead and I was appreciative. I also ordered a gluten free crusted pizza for my celiac girlfriend and asked for it not to be cut since they use the same pizza cutter on non gluten free pizzas. When the pizza arrived it was cut, I called and they promptly refunded me for the GF pizza. Not happy about my gf being unhappy and hungry but at least they made it right and the Detroit style pizza was good even without the regular sauce."
