Taco Bell

"This is one of my favorite locations in Montgomery County. I have been visiting this store since 2006. The other day, I had another wonderful experience...and then I realized I had not graced this location with the review it deserves!! I ordered an item that had been discontinued. The kind lady at drive thru suggested a double beef burrito as a similar product to try. So I tried her suggestion, and it was AMAZING!! I wish my picture could highlight the taste also!!! This store never misses a beat. The food is always hot. The shells are warm; crispy when expected or soft when expected. The meat, beans, and rice are always warm/hot. Whether we dine in or take our, we have never been disappointed. The service has always been above par as well."

"Just bad. The regular tacos were fine. Everything else was not. The absolute worst food I've ever had from a taco bell. The taste was off on older items I've gotten before and the new items there just as bad. Hoping it was a one time thing but there's nothing I'd recommend from what we order. All just bad. Waste of money."

"I only use the drive-thru. Most of the people working the window are pleasant but I especially appreciate Sherri. She is always pleasant and personable but never robot-like. She makes me feel like she really cares about the service I receive."

"Nearly wrote off Taco Bell entirely due to multiple bad experiences in other states. Recently moved here and tried this one. Great surprise! I have been here several times over the past few weeks and have had great service most of the time. Occasionally, when they are busy, things get backed up, but they are all working quickly, and my order is correct when I receive it; much appreciated! Overall, this is a great Taco Bell with good management and friendly, hard-working employees. See you again soon."

"Found a wood chip in my chicken taco!!! Called and spoke with the night manager and not only was she unprofessional but denied that Taco Bell employees had any involvement and insisted I come back with the wood chip and my receipt. Seriously, I know you get what you pay for but from the visual presentation of my order I feel the least this cooperation can do is investigate. I will be contacting the public health department. This could have easily choked me or one of my children. Do better Taco Bell!!!"
