"This place has really gone down hill. I used to come here all the time in Highschool but moved away, moved back & let me just say… it’s not what it used to be. Poor customer service, confusing menu, food wasn’t fresh, atmosphere since they “renovated” is below par. Only good thing I have to say is the woman behind the counter was very friendly & sweet but everyone else was rude. The teenagers won’t even look you in the eye- ZERO customer service skills! Just save your time and money and go to chipotle. I hope this is just an issue with this one location and not the entire franchise!"

"All around a terrible experience! Do not go here. I repeat do not go here! They messed up my order that I got through the drive through which was 10 tacos. Not only did they mess the order up, but I was charged an extra $8 more than what I ordered for queso I didn’t ask for on every taco. I called in to let them know so I could get my order remade and they said that was fine even though I should really had gotten a refund since I was overcharged. I get to the store to get them remade and the “Manager” told me that I can’t have it remade and I need to call corporate to get a refund. They told me I ordered it the way they charged me and that I was wrong. I have loved hothead for 12+ years and eat it all the time. This by far was one of the worst food experiences of my life. Do better…."

"I've been going to this location for many years, and in the last few you can really see the continuous decline in quality and value that Hot Head used to excel at. This store seems to always be dirty and have a musty odor in the last few years and I guess it got so bad that they completely ripped up the carpet. The problem now is that they've had an unfinished concrete floor for months with dirty maintenance equipment stored in the dining room. I asked them today when they planned on getting a floor put in, and the two employees that were present both said "I don't know" in a defeated manner. I'd be depressed too if I had to stare at an unpresentable, ripped up dining room every day knowing how embarrassing it was that this was the dining room you expected customers to use. There have been several management changes in the last few years and it just seems to keep getting worse. If I was the owner of this franchise I'd be ashamed. In general, portion sizes have been getting smaller, the prices have been going up (even compared to similar local competitors), the new "rewards" system is a joke, and they upcharge for EVERYTHING now. More rice? Upcharge. More beans? Upcharge. Do you want an extra squirt of sauce on your burrito? Oh yeah, that's an upcharge too. It would be understandable if these were actually extra portions, but you have to get extra stuff just to barely equal what their standard portion sizes USED to be. I get that it's not the employee's fault that they have to follow these changes, but that still doesn't make me want to continue to tolerate a declining business's practice of price gouging me and steadily taking away services they used to provide in a desperate attempt to make an extra dime. All of this really is a shame because when it's done right the food really is good and I think they have the best sauce selection of any fast casual dining place. Still, if I were you I'd keep driving down the road to Chipotle or Qdoba."

"Went to the drive through today. The employee didn't know what he was doing. He never asked one question. What kind of rice what kind of protein. It was a complete struggle. He handed our whatever order out the window....lid wasnt connected. It went everywhere. Normally its goes like this. Hello what would you like. I would like a bowl...what kind of rice....what kind of protein....what kind of beans what toppings....it was a complete disaster. He didn't know what he was doing. I am a level 6 google reviewer and I rarely give a one star rating but he was a not prepared to work the drive through....the food spilled all over the place .....in the past I gave it 5 stars now it's a one star."
