"Placed a mobile order to pick up through the drive thru and went I went through the drive thru to pick it up and the manager with red braids and glasses tells me in a very nasty tone all mobile orders have to be picked up inside because that’s company policy. I’ve ordered from this wendy’s and many others and that’s never been the case. if all mobile orders have to be picked up inside, why is there a drive thru option? Overall, was a very horrible experience. That woman was nasty and rude. As a customer service worker, I would never talk to a customer the way she treated me and my partner."

"This is probably the worst Wendy’s near here…the food is always cold and gross. They take forever just to make the food. They also lie about whether they are closed or not. They will take the persons order in front of you, then ask you what you want then someone else will get on and say we are closed. They weren’t even close to their closing time."

"Out of chili, out of ketchup, almost out of lids. Selected drive-through pickup, but they wouldn't let me pick up in the drive through. Do better, please."

"VERY dirty.. our food including the fries was served on a dirty literally crusty tray with no tray liner... I put the napkin under my fries in front of the employees because it was nasty... Condiment area and ketchup dispensers looked like it hasn't been wiped down in months. I know places are short handed but I'd rather they be slow to serve and clean than to gross me out... I've worked food service before and I know it's hard especially when short staffed...And it would take less than 5 minutes to wipe the area down..."

"Went inside to make my order for a simple spicy chicken sandwich meal, 25 minutes later I had to ask why it's taking so long, and the answer was because they messed up the last 3 orders they had. Just to get barley any fries, not to mention they had no salt and they were stone cold, also to add insult to Injery they put literally one small piece of lettuce on my meal. Also the drink machine was absolutely filthy, like really bad. Never again Wendy's."
