"I ordered 3 bowls, chips and guacamole, and 2 tortillas. When we got our order it was only two bowls and nothing else was in there and they didn’t refund our money either and that just ruined chipotle for me completely. I will never eat at that chipotle again and we spent almost $50 at that restaurant. Big thumbs down for all those workers."

"We had a great delivery from Brown Street Chipotle! It was not only delicious, but they made sure to load it up just as they would in the store. We’ve had delivery before from this and other Chipotle restaurants and they’ve been disappointing. Not this time! The order was also delivered on time and it was on a Friday, which is usually a very busy day for restaurants."

"Cleanliness left a lot be desired. Most, if not all, of the tables were dirty and sticky. We had trouble finding one clean enough to use. The floor of the dining are was also in bad shape. The food was okay."

"This has to be the worst Chipotle that I have ever gone to. The service was horrible. They do not listen when you place your order. I asked for a burrito bowl and told them what I wanted on it and the person did not put on what I wanted. There was no Coke in the machine nor was there any ice. How can you not have any Coke? There were no napkins, nor were there any knives and the floors were filthy. The area by the soda machine was all sticky and looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The windows were all smeared and stained. The food tasted off. I would not suggest going there. It is disappointing. The worst part is when I went to the counter to complain, the person just looked at me like I was the problem. For what they charge you for the food, you would think that they would be more attentive to your comments or complaints. I would say that the health department should come in and look at this place. I wish I would have looked at the reviews here before I went to eat here. Never again!"
