"Was traveling back through, had a 3hr drive back home so we stopped by this location didn’t pay attention to the time, we’ve always been used to Wendy’s location staying open till at least 1am. We come to the drive through, a lady comes asks us what would we be getting. We begin our order and no one would answer. We sit there for a few mins saying hello. No one would answer when we could clearly see employees standing at the register at the drive thru window. We drive up to the window the guy wouldn’t even open the window to speak he yelled through the window “We close at 12!” That’s completely fine. But I would had way more respect if they’d just came back over the speaker an said sorry we actually closed at 12. Instead of letting us sit there waiting and waiting. Me being a GM of a restaurant myself I would never do this to any of my customers. Definitely it looking like it was the manager that just stood there at the window seeing us waiting for someone to come back over the mic."
"I called this location to talk to someone about an Uber order I had with the location on Airways. I spoke to Shelly, the Manager, and she made me feel better about getting this delivery order fixed tomorrow. I will also stop ordering from Uber and will start order8ng from door dash. Thank you, Shelly, for making me feel better."
"Let’s start, no standards, no uniform policy. A boy with his sweatpants hanging off his butt and falling. No sense of pride. Manager just as scruffy as them. Having business conversations with window open! “ hey your drawer is short 10 dollars” umm let’s figure. This out. Overall just a place to avoid if you ask me!"
"Last night went through at 10pm and drive thru came on and said they was closed. Then came back tonight 7:20pm I said thank you at both windows no reply no smile Nothing. The lady at the second window acted like she was so disgusted that she acted like I wasn't even there while 2 other employees was talking about a customer while I was in the window and cursing. Customers = Jobs, No Customers = No Jobs. I would give 0 stars if I could because no napkins and the rudeness no one wants to ask for anything. I normally don't leave bad feedback but it was horrible."
"Food is very good but the service had went downhill fast. Seems like they keep the least amount of workers they can and it takes very long to get your food. Even if you go inside your going to have to wait a long time before someone even greets you."
