"Overall, I love Chick-fil-A! The meals, especially their breakfast biscuits, are out of this world good, light, fluffy, and buttery. The only downside is that they can be unreliable. Most days, the biscuits are great! On other days, they can be slightly hard, depending on which location you visit. Overall, I have no complaints and continue the business model of being closed on Sundays to do what's right."

"Love the food options! I like the fruit with my chicken nuggets. It was particularly nice to see an employee go out to clean up within 5 minutes of a customer dropping an order of fries on the ground outside. It was only 18 degrees! Spacious parking lot. Good kids meal options too!"

"Since the store has been renovated there is more parking for people to go inside. From the looks there is an additional line for those to go through in the driveway however it’s giving extremely slow! Like Huber Heights chick fill a. I ended up backing out of the line, luckily no one was behind me and I went into the restaurant for a to go order. But lines was still long and took a while for food. Didn’t even receive the right order which was noticed after going home."

"Well you definitely can tell this place is new I mean a new location. Why 2 stars well the service was not to satisfactory the young girl taking orders yes only one person taking orders when the line is ten to twelve people deep. The young girl was definitely distracted just couldn't focus on the customers due to way too much foot traffic behind the registers station everyone is talking loud doing their own thing including management as they walked by looking at the line build up what a business. So I ordered the very advertised Honey Pepper Pimento sandwich meal and look at this sandwich yes very disappointed very shaking my head oh I couldn't have made this at home along with the cold waffle fries. But hold up don't order the Cobb salad cause they can't remove the beacon yes that's right if you ask for no beacon your out of luck if an item is customizable on the online ordering then it should also be customized in the store. Bottom line I get it it's a new location but the training needs some work pick up the trash outside also please and thanks. The location I frequently visit is in Sydney they definitely go out there way for the customer."
