"Food has usually been okay but this is the slowest fast food place I’ve ever been to. I come here every once in a while on the way to a friend’s house and every single time, I wait at the speaker for nearly five minutes before a disinterested attendant finally takes my order. Then I pay and am immediately directed to pull around to the side door and it’s another 10-15 minute wait to get my food. Theres always at least 2-3 others who are also waiting. When someone finally brings my food out, I roll down my window, they shove the bag at me and walk off without a word. This place hasn’t even been open a year but already sucks when it comes to customer service."

"Food was good but the young, black female that gave me the missing item on my order was very rude. Happened at about 6:20pm 1/6/24. I came in to retrieve a missing item off my order, received via drive through, and she proceeded to roll her eyes as she headed to the back. She walks behind the counter while texting on her phone not attending to what I came in for. There was nobody else in the lobby. She goes to grab the missing item and as she walks back behind the counter she slides it to me on the counter. I tell her, “I appreciate you”, to which she rudely responds,“whatever”, while still on her phone. I didn’t want to match her energy and make an incident out of this so I just left. I’m assuming she’s there because there’s nobody to replace her. Otherwise I’m genuinely shocked that she still has a job in customer service. I should’ve gotten her name but I can imagine, to her, that would’ve required more effort than she could ever spare. To whomever may read this good luck dealing with her."

"This place is a joke! I get finding people to work is hard, but everytime I go here my order is wrong? Drive thru and going inside, it doesn’t matter. How hard is it to double check an order? Missing items, mild vs spicy chicken, I mean the list goes on.."
