"For the 3rd time the drive thru did not give us our full order. Twice now they have forgotten to put our sandwich in the bag. Another time we received a pie instead of a sandwich. Quality control needs some serious retraining there! Read the dang screen and make sure it’s in the bag. Tried calling to complain and the line had been busy for hours. Enjoy the additional profit McDonalds!"

"(Tipp City McDonald's) I walked up to the counter and the young gentleman looked at us and said "what do you want" I looked at him and said what do I want? Then the manager came over and took over, I think she knew this wasn't going very good. Got our order went and sat down, EVERY table in the restaurant was dirty. I opened my sandwich and it had WAY to much lettuce, I didn't ask for extra lettuce. I guess I'm just old fashion, these kids demand 15 bucks an hr, and are the lazyest not all but some can't even tie their shoes. Here's a picture of the head of lettuce that came with my sandwich."

"I went through the drive through and a women named Sidel took my mother and I order. She was the friendliest McDonald's I've ever came across. Sidel definitely deserves a raise and I will be coming back due to her friendliness."

"The food is always fresh and quick. We very seldom ever have to wait for a long time. We exclusively use the app to place our order ahead of time and it's much easier. Virtually no mistakes now!"

"Waited in line for 30 minutes. While inline, the outside lights turned off at 10:45pm. Pulled up to the window at 10:46pm and told they were closed. They close early on Fridays they said. Asked to speak with a manager told I had to wait at the rear window. Never to speak to one. So I called the store. The first time when asked for a manager I was hung up on. Next time Caleb the "manager" answered the phone and said he wasn't aware. This is the worst customer service I've experienced in awhile. Not only did I get turned away so did atleast 10 other cars that were in line."
