Texas Roadhouse 1809 Towne Park Drive, Troy, OH 45373

"First off let me say i absolutely love Texas Roadhouse. Food has always been good for me so this isn't a review about the food. But the waitress we had yesterday (2-23-24). Her name was Chrissy was not all that great. I asked for multiple things but never received them and made sure to ask to see if she remembered. For most of our time there we had another waitress that wasn't even doing our table named Alexus that was helping us out more than our actual waitress. But the part that infuriated me the most was when it came time to pay the bill. We were going to use the little table top thing to pay our bill so she didn't have to handle it. But she insisted on "helping" us with it. When it came time to tipping our waitress, how the little screen will show a percentage for the tip. She immediately tapped on the 25% on each one of our bills. Hoping we wouldn't see it. Which I seen she did that to a older couple that was sitting next to us as well. I really didn't want to tip her at all. So if you come here and get Chrissy as your waitress. Be ready to wait and then be expected to leave a 25% tip for bare minimum service."

"Great food quality and taste. Great waitress - Miranda. My MW sirloin was just right. My wife’s MW ribeye was way too pink. Need to turn the music volume way down. Can hardly talk to each other. An adjoining table mentioned this to their waitress who said it is a common complaint. Well then just turn it down. Didn’t come for a concert - just supper. Does any customer listen to the specific words of every song?"

"Our food was perfect! This was our first dine in experience at this location, and it did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in the door, every team member greeted everyone with smiles and positive attitudes. Jason did an amazing job! Our drinks never went empty. Jason was at our table within the first minute of our seating, and was friendly and courteous the entire time. My steak could not have been more perfectly done. I think it's important to mention that this experience was on a Friday evening with a packed house, and over a 1.5 hour wait because of how busy it was. Even with all of that going on, everyone there still maintained positive attitudes, and friendly service. Looking forward to our next experience there!"

"i’ll be honest with you I really like the roadhouse from years past and someone had told me that this is a new franchise here but they really truly need to work on the attitudes of the servers from the very moment we got here it was one server after another after another total of four different servers all of them with really bad attitudes and not a single one of them smiled nobody was happy I mean seriously what would make me want to come back here I normally never leave bad reviews whatsoever and I tried to check my own personal attitude to see if it was something I did but certainly not. our table was not picked up while we ate plates and dishes were stacked all over the place the restaurant was not busy at all and it was just after 3 o’clock. How do I know 3 o’clock because I was told that our party of 20 could not be seated until 3 o’clock when the servers actually started their shift. Everybody has a bad day every once in a while that’s understandable but the managers should be giving the servers and workers pep talks and motivation to want to be better to want to make a customers experience a good one"
