"The food was good but we both wanted steak. After taking our order, they came back to say they only had one steak. Awkward! I had to pivot, not get what I wanted, and there was absolutely zero money off the check. A free dessert or something might've been nice. It was a real fail."

"Bland food, dust everywhere especially on the wood blinds, waitress barley spoke until she brought the check. It was the wrong check as it had a lot of things we didn't order and we had to wait at the cash register for quite a while for this to be sorted out as the waitress could not be found."

"The moment we walked in, my man said it was going to be great! It was clean and Gabe off a homey vibe that warms you from the inside out. The staff had crisp uniforms on. My reply was that they must have a great manager. Once we sat down, our enthusiasm did too. I ordered steak and eggs Medium Well on both but she didn't write it and she didn't go straight back to ring it in. My steak came out medium Rare . :( My eggs were almost medium but not enough for me to eat them. I can't eat that clear gooey stuff on the edge of the yolk. I asked for a discounted price on the steak or a remake. She had it remade. She offered to put it in a box so we could get back on the road. The second steak was even more rare than the first. She should have had the manager just taken off 2/3rds of the price of the steak portion of the meal. This all happened yesterday, 12/11/23. I had the worst heartburn last night. I've been feeling like I'm going to get sick ALL day. Other stomach issues...... The way one of the pictures looks, I think it was still partially frozen in the center when they were cooked it. She never offered or brought refills. She was too short and rushed giving me my Togo steak that I felt uncomfortable asking for a to-go coffee. :( Are there any quality Bob Evans on I-75 in Ohio???"
