"We were just driving around enjoying the day and decided to find a place for lunch. I checked maps and this place popped up, neither of us had heard of it, but the reviews were good and the pictures were great. The place was almost full when we arrived. We sat at the lunch counter and ordered, then asked to move to a table when one opened and they quickly accommodated us. I went with the country fried steak breakfast with eggs, hash browns and toast. I asked for the hash browns crispy and they were damn near perfect. The eggs and steak were absolutely delicious as well. Most people don't talk about toast but this was the perfect shade and loaded with butter. My partner originally wanted a breakfast burrito but switched to a soup/sandwich combo once she saw another person eating soup. She had their chicken/dumpling soup and a chicken salad sandwich. She said the soup was amazing and she ate it so quickly I couldn't get a picture. I will say it looked good and I don't even like chicken/dumplings. Her chicken salad looked delicious and tasted even better she said. It was a very generous portion also."
