"I cannot say enough good things about Creme de la Creme. I have 3 kids and we have tried a few different daycares over the years and not one comes close to the quality you’ll get here. I only regret that we didn’t make the switch sooner. In preschool, my daughter gets 2 specials each day including culinary, bowling, Spanish, art, yoga, and more. This was what drew me to the school initially. I love that she has different activities and isn’t just in the same classroom all day. The school is clean and when you walk in you’re greeted by the same smiling faces each day and they know my kids by name. They have a secure fingerprint enabled lock at the entry and each person is asked to use it and not hold the door open for others. I feel my kids are safe knowing that not anyone can access the building. There seems to be far less turnover in teachers here compared to other daycare centers we have been to. Tuition is a little more than some of the neighboring schools but you get so much more. The teachers seem happy. For the holidays the school puts on a trick or treat event and a breakfast with Santa. During these occasions the school is decorated beautifully and the classrooms have different themes and stations. The teachers and admin dress up. It is clear they put very much effort into these events to make it special for the kids. My oldest daughter has attended their summer program and she has enjoyed the themes and weekly field trips. My mom who is a pre-k teacher herself in a different state came with us to pick up and drop off and she was blown away by the center. We were on waitlists for preschool and infant room and each time we got a spot sooner than we initially thought and we were so thankful for that. Highly recommend!"
"BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!! If your child has strong emotions and struggles controlling them, please steer clear. My child began at Crème in May of 2022. Prior to this he went to an unstructured daycare for about 3 months. The transition was tough going from unstructured to very structured. His teacher Maggie was great! She cared VERY MUCH about my child’s success and stated that he needs one on one attention. She wanted a meeting to go over him being behind and such. This was very helpful and after the meeting he made great improvements. I own that my child can be stubborn and hardheaded, but he's only 5. When he had to transition to another class Alison was awesome with allowing a slow transition and it was going well. Then we noticed things about his new teacher Mrs. Chris. She never smiled, she wasn’t friendly, and it felt like she didn’t like our child. We were doing everything to work with the school. He was in speech therapy and occupational therapy. He was actually seen at the school which I thought was so the teachers could provide support for those children within the class. Not the case. I was told that they can’t accommodate his needs. His teacher did not have 1 positive thing to say about him. The word I heard from them was “frustrated”. My kid had 3 behavioral reports for this year that were all situational. He was never malicious. We then decided we need to take him out and away from all this negativity. When the school we were looking into spoke with crème they bad mouthed him and stated that he has a cognitive delay!!! I was absolutely flabbergasted!! When he was evaluated by a psychologist and a different speech and occupational therapist he didn’t qualify for services, so something isn’t adding up. The teacher Chris also rated him so poorly on the survey, stating things like he couldn’t count to 5 and can’t interact with other children, that it flagged “proceed with caution”. The final straw was when my husband dropped him off and as soon as my son walks outside, she comes to him, no hi or good morning, but “You better not hit anyone or you’re going to be in big trouble” then when he isn’t paying attention, she proceeds to poke him in the shoulder. Wow, it was extremely shocking and unsettling, and all the director Alison had to say was sorry?! Crème is a great school for kids that have been in structured daycares since birth. And that haven’t experienced trauma. When he was about to start daycare in August of 2021, I got very sick from mastitis which led to complications. I was in hospital for 3 months and came home with amputations. He was only 3, but I think that’s why we have some emotional delay. All in all, I would never recommend this school. If them as a HIGHLY esteemed school thinks it’s okay for “one of their best teachers” to treat a child like the way mine has been treated, then they have failed."
"Went from 5 star to 2 star because they seem like they are getting too greedy. $1500 a month for kindergarten plus almost $300 in registration fees. We love the school and the teachers, but this coming out of nowhere is ridiculous."
"I have nothing but nice things to say about this facility. The staff is friendly, helpful, accommodating and they truly care about my child. I have never had a worry or concern. I would recommend this place to anyone."
"This is a wonderful childcare program! The teachers and administrative team are all kind and caring. They have a strong educational curriculum, and introduce it through creative and fun activities each day. Our son loves attending here! We are thoroughly impressed with the quality of care and exceptional communication from the entire staff. Parents get reports from their children's teacher every day and the administrative team knows every child by name and supports teachers' efforts in the classrooms. It makes going back to work easier knowing how well our son is cared for. This is a great place for kids to attend!"
