"Pizza was good but my order was wrong. I received two pepperoni stuffed crust pizzas instead of one being cheese. They didn't have the order ready because their screen wasn't on. I tried calling to check on my order because it wasn't updating. They didn't answer. When I got there they had to start my order. It was 35 minutes past pick up time when it was done. One of my pizza was just sitting on the counter getting cold for 10 minutes while they tried to figure out what else they needed to make. They made several hot and ready pizza without trying to get anyone's order ready. There were 4 of us waiting for online orders. They are very disorganized. One of the workers was just sitting on the storage rack on his phone leaving the other two to do everything. UPDATE: Ordered 4 pizza for an after school club. One was burnt beyond crispy. The rest were definitely well done. They weren't busy so I'm not sure how they got burnt. They had almost no sauce. Really disappointing. The kids didn't even eat them so a waste."

"Very mediocre for being Little Caesars...Maybe next time make sure your blade on your cutters are sharpened ...? Nothing was cut all the way through..pizzas and crazy bread alike. And they forgot our sauces that we ordered extra, instead we got none at all. Disappointing because we called ahead trying to be respectful and considerate before a birthday party for kids and had no idea we would have needed to bring our own utensils to cut through everything. Food was okay otherwise"

"Well, I ordered online and my notification said that my order was ready (it was quick and I was excited for this pizza!) But they couldn't put my order in the portal so to speak to someone at the counter. I go in and tell them what my phone said and showed the manager... The manager..... THE MANAGER the email. I proceeded to give her an 8$ tip... She walked away without saying anything at all to me and apparently went and put my order in the portal. I stood there for about 15 minutes. I looked at my email again and I had received another email saying that my order WAS out in the portal and I was given a qr code to proceed with said portal. I was a bit confused but went over to it and scanned my code and wouldn't you know, it opened up and I got my food. I want to know why she couldn't tell me that my food was in there ..... I proceeded to ask them what the qualifications were for their jobs and might have suggested that the ONLY qualification was BREATHING. I WILL NEVER go to this little Caesars again. Absolutely ridiculous. This small group of human beings have proven to be extremely disappointing to me. I mean.... Impressive people!!! Great customer service..... NOT!!"
