"I needed to do a split tender on two different cards and nobody in the entire restaurant could figure out how to do that for me so I waited in store for 20 minutes to leave empty handed. I would not recommend coming here the service is slow and the people aren’t helpful whatsoever. The manager told me she just couldn’t do it."

"Had a huge order at 5:30 in the morning 50 breakfast sandwiches. They didn't blink an eye and had everything ready to go quickly! Area fire departments and I appreciate and thank the McDonald's crew!"

"Came in with my family after viewing Christmas lights to stop and get food at what was our favorite McDonald's since I was little. First, they barely cooked our fries, and there was absolutely no salt (some were cold and sticky). My mothers cappuccino was barely full and was very cold. My burgers were wet, ketchup everywhere, and were very sticky (safe to say my stomach is in much pain). Because of this, my grandmother went up to ask for new fries as no one was going to eat them. When she walked away, my mother had walked up and overheard a manager and an employee talking about my grandmother. They specifically said, "Did you hear what she said? I should've slapped her." They turned around and saw my mother and shut up right then and there. This is absolutely disgusting behavior. Cook the food right and give good service, and there would be no issues. We get it. It's Mcdonalds, but Mcdonalds can do much better than this, especially their managers."

"They are constantly slow in the mornings. For some reason they cannot get it together. They constantly make me late for work because it takes 20 minutes to get through the drive thru then they pull you forward and make you wait 10 more minutes. Unfortunately they just keep doing it instead of making sure their drive thru keeps moving."

"Staff was friendly and fast. Food was hot and tasted great. Only complaint is fries are about 1/2 full all the time. If I wanted a small fry, that's what I would have ordered. But very happy about the hi-c orange!!!"
