"Dr. Molly is nice and friendly, but I will say she dismissed my mom’s concerns about our dog on numerous occasions. She came to our house and performed a wellness check on my mom’s dog. My mom pointed out a lump, it was dismissed as a fat cyst. My mom pointed out skin tags, dismissed. I’m just saying she dismissed all of our concerns and gave it an easy answer. My mom’s dog has since passed away due to lymphoma and we constantly wonder if we could have detected it sooner and maybe had more time with her."

"I called to ask about services and they are not friendly and not helpful over the phone. My cat has kidney failure and I really was looking for a less stressful way to provide at home care. They didn't offer any options and flat out, nope we don't do that. The woman seemed to lack empathy and wouldn't want to see how she treats your pets in person. They also acted like coming out side of 270 is traveling to far. I live just north of 270 in Westerville but apparently they don't care to service anyone out here."
