Wendy's 1716 East Main Street, Richmond, IN 47374

"Usually we have good service here. Today, we ordered and asked to repeat the combo we ordered. The second combo wasn't rung up, and they had to ring it up at the window again. That order was put in incorrectly as well. This would not be an issue normally as mistakes happen. The issue I had is with the manager complaining about how we were slowing them down. However, they would not have slowed down if our order was taken correctly the first time."

"I went to Wendy’s with my husband. The service I received was rude and nasty. I went right before closing. My food is made and correctly and just throw it in the bag. When I asked to get a moment so I could figure out what I wanted to eat. I got attitude as soon as I said, give me a moment. We were the only ones in line. They were walking around doing nothing in the store when we pulled in my husband and I I literally seen them doing nothing. I didn’t even look when we were cleaning the store. This kind of services. Unacceptable and I will not be back. When I called up there to speak with the manager on duty this isn’t the first time it’s went straight to a busy line or they would pick up the phone and hang up."

"Ice machine in dining room always broken, pops flat because of this, Chicken nuggets very old!! Sandwich was good, only reason for more than a 1 Star!!!"

"Can't telll you if the food was good, nobody took ours or the cars behind us, order. We drive through 3 times thinking the sensor didn't pick up, but nope. Employees just didn't take our order. One employee outside smoking heard us saying "hello!?" And didn't answer us. Just headed inside and continued to not take our order. Was looking forward to trying the Hoosier bowl, too."

"This used to be a decent Wendy's to go to but it isn't anymore. I ordered 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches today. We received our drinks and then were told to wait in the mobile order parking area for our sandwiches. About 10 minutes had passed and I noticed multiple cars in line that had already ordered and received their food. I called Wendy's twice to see where my food was and no one answered either time. I then decided to go into the restaurant. The employee was confused and had to find my order. My order was in the bag, ready to go just sitting on one of their food stations. The employee told me that the person who was working at the window forgot to tell the employee that took over for them that we were waiting on our food. This isn't the only bad experience we've had lately. A couple weeks ago when we stopped by this Wendy's for a to go order they gave us the wrong order and we received someone else's food. I would honestly avoid this Wendy's and go to a different one."
