"Be very careful dealing with this company!!! They had injured my dog during a recent visit and I had to have surgery on his leg costing me over $1500. They would not take responsibility for their actions claiming that my dog was injured beforehand. They couldn’t or wouldn’t explain how they injured my pet and also wouldn’t share footage from our visit. I was given the runaround and lied to, I have footage from my home security showing no issues with my pet before our visit only upon our return. I would recommend finding another groomer for your pets or you may find yourself in the same situation. They also claim to carry insurance but will not share that information for claims."

"I had high hopes for this place but they were dashed within 24 hours. I took a Sr fur baby in for a wash and trim, was told he would be done quickly due to health issues, didn't happen, got him 3 hours later. He looked ok when we left but the next day, AWFUL!! The facial area has uneven cuts, the legs look like baggy pants. I know he can be nervous and not stand still but I did offer to help out but was turned down. It was our first and definitely last time, VERY disappointed!"

"Awesome experience! Last minute party required a last minute request for a dog AND cat grooming. They were able to get me in next day and the following; which is usually unheard of.
