"Would be zero if an option. The hostess has to ask if it was ok to sit us at a booth. After that conundrum, we sat for 20 minutes before deciding to leave. No one took a drink order, there were only two other tables of guests in the area. Plenty of servers walking around and talking. This was our second visit at this location. The first was a decade ago, that visit was about a ten min wait to order. Need new management and workers. Left and went to Applebees across the street for MUCH BETTER SERVICE! Never visiting this restaurant again, they obviously can change anything service wise."

"I was ordering the bbq and hamburger combo. I told the server I only wanted the bbq on a bun and to just put the patty into a to go container. When our food is brought out the only thing I receive is a plain burger into a to go box. I had to really dumb it down again so the next thing I'm brought is a bbq on a bun with an extra side of fries which I didn't order. The bbq was absolutely awful but I was hungry and didn't say anything. When we got home I tried the burger and it was awful as well. When I got the bill instead of charging me for the bbq and burger meal I was charged separately for a bbq and the they charged the burger as a kids meal. I'm a big fan of BWW but this place is awful. By that time I was disgusted and I just paid for our meal and left. I will never go back to this location and this was my first time and my last."

"Place used to be decent place… haven’t been in years do to the last four times being terrible.. optimistic that my latest experience would be different.. nope.. ridiculously slow, rude staff, took and 11.5 hr to get food.. should have walked out"

"On line order lets me schedule for 11:20. I get there at 11:20. No one arrives at register to see what I want till 11:27. They have lots of pickups, foods not ready. What’s the point of scheduled pick up? At 11:45 they tell me that they don't have an order for me - I share my email confirmation. Food arrives at 11:50 - a full 30 minutes late and missing veggies and dip.. The place is incredibly mismanaged and over priced ( but I already knew that)."
