"The people I had contact with at the Stadium location were friendly and made my experience pleasant. I was, however, not satisfied with the billing office associated with the Stadium. Perhaps this can be passed onto to someone who cares. Understandably, on Monday, August 21, 2023, the “system”, had not been updated with billing codes. Acknowledging what I wanted, did not require billing codes, I thought it lacking good customer service on both, Victoria, and Adelia’s part, not to offer a call back to me and provide what I needed when it became available. Instead, I was simply told to call back on Monday or Tuesday. Frankly to me, that was unprofessional and poor customer service."
