"When first coming here I was very hesitant about it because of the price and past experiences with pet stores. When talking to a few of the workers. They took the time to really inform me about the products they had. I could tell they genuinely care about the pets. They even have this adorable cat that walks around like a little security guard. Both of the workers I met took the time to tell me a little background about the rescue cat Roo. Which definitely showed me they care.!"

"If I could give Nadeleine in grooming 10/5 stars I would! She always grooms our pups perfectly with attention-to-detail and in good time. Also incredible with communication. I love that they only keep your dog there as long as they need to be for their groom and alert you as soon as they’re done. Unfortunately we’re moving and I’m so bummed to have to find a new groomer because she is a gem (one of our dogs is a 6 year old doodle so we’ve been to our fair share of groomers). The store itself is also very clean with great treats and their self-wash station is amazing too! One of the better Earthwise locations we’ve been to."
