"I haven't been to a Wendy's in quite some time and don't eat fast food very often, but the food and the service at the Portland location was exceptional. Would definitely go back."

"I went here for dinner with my daughter. We were in town for the day taking care of family business. The lady that took the order didn't listen to our order. We asked 3+times for a drink carrier and she never answered our request shut the window in our face and I ordered a pretzel baconator with one beef patty. I received a regular bun 2 patty baconator. Didn't not realize it was incorrect until we were away from the store. We had a long day and didn't feel like returning to get the order corrected."

"Went through drive thru and they messed up order. Then had to go inside and get my reward card. Then when all was said and done the food wasn't what I ordered and cold. Wasn't about to go in a second time. Have trouble walking that's why I went through drive thru. It will be awhile before I go back to this one."

"Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich value meals. The chicken was dry and rubbery. The frys tasted like they had been setting for awhile. Three sandwich had 1 tomatoe and 1 small piece of lettuce. Definitely not worth what they charge."

"Went there today got my lunch, food was fresh , fast & crew was friendly! Place was clean ! I enjoyed it ! Everyone needs to remember this is a new store and it’s taking time to get the kinks out with new employees! Remember be patient when going there. If you never worked in fast food and don’t know what it takes to open a store it’s very hard work! Be thankful for the employees & management that are showing up and trying! Remember the whole country is short staffed because nobody wants to WORK!!! People quit every single day and are being trained! I just want everyone to stop and think give them a chance! I know what it takes! I love Wendy’s and I will be patient with them !!!"
