"I have been a Member for 19 years. I travel frequently and thought it would be a good idea to have this protection in case my family needed assistance. I have used services in Ohio and it was great. However, most recently, we made a trip to Minnesota and on our way home we had a tire blow out on a busy highway. We waited 4 hours and none showed. A man stopper by and offered assistance. After another 2 hours, we finally got back on the road. And, still no response from AAA in regards to this situation. Why continue to be a member and pay fees if we can not receive assistance we payed for? I am very disappointed in this service."
