"Terrible. Rude at the window. Made us park in the other lot area waiting on our food. No napkins. No spoons. When we walked back up to get said spoons and napkins they said to me “sorry. We’re just trying to eat “. Awful. Absolutely awful Then my husband comes back to the car with forks !!!! Not even spoons. Shame on on these workers who are demanding more money to be lazy."
"My roommate and I went up there to order a family bucket for us and my wife when we got to the restaurant the kid at the counter was very unprofessional and snappy. He didn’t ask us what type of chicken we wanted (original recipe, extra crispy etc). The bathroom had a printed out sign that says no public restrooms when every KFC has them. When we did get our order home it was clearly old chicken that was reheated and not properly breaded, plus clearly they used old fryer oil."
