"This store is nothing but a pure Pig Pin. Floor is nasty stuff everywhere, very disorganized store. If they closed it would be a blessing. Need to bring the Lake back to what it once was. If I was asked is there a Dollar General Russells Point ohio I'd say you don't want to go there. Just plain filthy."

"Worst customer service I have ever had! Not only did I stand in line for 10 minutes just to find out that there system was down and could only take cash, but then when I came back with cash the women at the register was horrible and extremely rude! She never a spoke a word to women in front of me even after the woman spoke to her! Then she double charged me for one outfit and took 25 minutes to fix the problem, then she wanted me to sign the receipt and without ever speaking a word she just threw the receipt down and threw the pen at my hand! I have never left a place feeling so upset, they really need to retrain these people on proper customer service skills!!"
