"I hadn't eaten here in years. I was in a hurry, and figured I'd grab some quick hand food. I gave my order: two soft tacos, a burrito, Diablo sauce, and a large diet Pepsi. I pulled up to the window, and paid my bill. I received my bag. I hadn't received my diet Pepsi yet. The bag felt light. The clerk told me to have a nice day, and seemed to be done with me. No burrito. No sauce. I checked my receipt. Neither were on it. I was in a hurry. The clerk was looking past me, on the next order. I reminded him I'd ordered a large Pepsi. I got my large diet, and drove off, no burrito or Diablo sauce. It'll be years until I return."

"Quite possibly the best fast food restaurant I've ever been to. The Bucyrus Taco Bell has friendly service, the food is always fresh, and they do not skimp on the portions like other Taco Bells I've visited. Sometimes, I order for co-workers who have special orders, and they always get it right, which is rare for fast food. I go at lunch time as I work around the corner, so I can't say how it is at other times of the day, but the lunch workers have their stuff together."
