"The staff is friendly. The only issue I have, is with the return policy on charger plugs. I got one and my daughter was using it. It got extremely hot. Luckily it didn't catch on fire. The only thing you can do is exchange it for another one. Even with a receipt. I'm probably screwed out of $5.00."
