"Literally had THE BEST customer service with Natalie the other day! She was so helpful when trying to decide on dinner as I have some food allergies. And she was so sweet to my babies! They just loved her and keep asking to go back specifically for her. I’d definitely come back in just for Natalie! ♥️"
"Poor service. No refilled drinks. Didn't even take our order right and didn't ask important questions like how we wanted the eggs. Didn't even give the bread that comes with the meal. I asked for white bread on the side to have a sandwich and I was given toast. She counted that as my bread for the meal without asking. Told the manager on duty and the cashier. Neither cared. Stay away from this Bob Evans."
"I ordered a takeout worth 30$ and got pot roast with no gravy. Just straight plain and dry. I’m very disappointed."
"Everyone we encountered were friendly. The waitress was great. She thought of the kid and he got his food out first. She was also on top of the refills. The manager Dominic was willing to help out by checking us out because we were waiting. Overall a great experience. Thank you Bob Evans."
