"I ordered cookies. They weren't warmed, they were stale, and a staff member was rude to me about it when i informed them. Luckily someone else checked me out, but it was my first time there and needless to say I will not be returning to this particular store."

"I rarely make reviews with the Arby’s on Oregon Road horrible experience absolutely horrible. They got everything wrong. It seems like the person working the drive-through was on their phone that makes them kept asking me if that was it and just completely ruined everything. Absolutely garbage experience never will return again."

"I stop before work for the past two years and have always had great service and fresh food, but now my only complaint is that if you want your chocolate drizzle on your jamocha shake you have to request it. Today I forgot....I'm so disappointed because I knew it and forgot!!! So heads up!! Don't forget to request your heavenly chocolate drizzle!!"

"Had to stop coming to this location. People are great, but there's potholes in the parking lot that can very easily cause damage that hasn't been repaired. And because of the layout of the lot, you're forced to drive over them twice from the drive thru. My complaint via the website didn't get any results. Again, staff has always been great to me."
